Conversation Design for Google Assistant

I worked with 2 other content strategists to translate and analyze design specs into a single source of truth and create design guidelines for voice interactions across Google.

We read the specs thoroughly, making sure the design guidelines made sense, working closely with VUI designers to fill in any gaps, adhere to style guidelines, and create assets using Sketch. 

This work was done internally under NDA, but the external Conversation Design site is an abbreviated and user-facing version of what we did internally. Error Handling is one example of a page I worked on personally. 

While working on this project, I learned more about UX and was mentored by my manager.

I took notes and provided constructive feedback in our office hours, helped develop the tagging system used in our CMS, and provided UX feedback on the CMS developed by my manager.
